Production divisions did not change, the raw material-supplying Bauxite Division and Hydrate Division were merged, and Fine Products Division was newly established. The development of high added value products, the quality management and the trade based on strategic marketing were set a high priority. The company divided the managing tasks on the highest decision level: Martin Rümmelein CEO controls development, quality management, trade and human resources; Dr. Zoltán Bakonyi COO supervises production and company management. By these changes MAL Co. Ltd. intends to fulfil market challenges better and to enhance its role and importance in Central Europe.
